I have an i7 3820 in a cooling loop with a GTX670 FTW cooled by a 360 rad and decided I may as well OC the CPU as I have the headroom, went with the following settings:

Multiplier: 36 (stock)
Turbo: Disabled
EIST: Enabled
BCLK: 100
BCLK strap: 1.25
VCORE voltage: 1.35v
VCSSA voltage: 1.1
Load line calibration: High
130% current capability
Other settings on stock

This was after some testing with prime (once temps had plateaued)

Under gaming neither CPU or GPU exceed 50's.

Yeah I know the temps are well within limits, what I was uncertain of though was wiether any of the settings I had used were unneeded/dangerous/pointless/French/etc :P

you could now work out how to use offset voltage rather than a fixed,so that cpu ramps up and down in speed/voltage according to the load

you need to find the right level of llc and offset voltage that is = to 1.368v at load
