It's good for a budget gaming pc ut you need a better cooler the one what comes with it is a screamer

Yep, since Kaveri these APUs have been great value for modest gaming. Will play most stuff at 1080p 30 FPS with Medium-ish graphics settings.

Note that they like fast RAM, as fast as the motherboard will handle.

30 FPS ?...If the games I play ran at 30FPS I wouldnt bother playing them at all

That's presumably why you have a £400 GPU and a £300 CPU.

This thread is about a £100 APU. For £600 less it's not going to be as fast.
