is there any way to log in to my games for windows live on my pc so i can see who is online etc... without going into any of my games?
im either not able to, or im too stoned to find it lol

There is a seperate application for it, just like Msn messenger from back when I think.

iv found a link to sign into my account on the xbox website, not quite an "msn" type of access, but access non the less! lol, if anyone finds an app for this let me know lol
