This means the graphics is dying?

This picture I got off google as I don't have the computer running, but basically how it looks when starting up and running.

The card in question is a very old 7900gs that came with a q6600 system I sold not long ago, it did this screen issue even in my haswell build so must be the card itself(was going to try drivers hence in that computer, but never got that far), I changed the paste on it earlier, but that didn't do anything to help other then freshen up the paste.

I have just established my 300w 80 plus bronze delta will power the card via molex to twin molex adapter with a twin molex to 6 pin, but no good if the card
is shot.

Is this fixable without soldering as I have no skill for that?

Aha okay thank you, that sucks then, but I assume all of them would have to blow for it not to run at all?

Guess it's only good now for the bin lol

Thanks for the reply, well the whole computer was free, fully working quad computer I saved from going to the tip lol and because the gpu had his issue I never used it other than to check it actually worked lol.

It would be ideal for my old compete for old games, but only in proper working order ha

Edit: it's actually the 7900gs not gt, but still top end for that era and 6 pin.
