£419.

I am guessing it will play some games on low settings? My daughter has an i3-6100 Skylake pc that plays games. I assume thus us a step up from that CPU. No dedicated GPU in daughters pc either.

Not into overclocking. So, is the above a nice deal? I could get more ram and put in an SSD i have.

I dont think i could build a PC with this spec at that price. Do you?

Thanks

seems ok for an office machine for the price, though I'd much rather have at least 8gb of ram and an SSD instead of the optane/hdd combo. As for games anything even vaguely graphically intensive will be a miserable experience.

My basket at Overclockers UK:
  • 1 x OcUK Kinetic R1 Gaming PC - AMD Ryzen "Raven Ridge" Ryzen 3 2200G = £453.07
    • CPU:AMD Ryzen 3 2200G VEGA Graphics AM4 CPU w/ Wraith Stealth Cooler
    • Memory:Kingston Fury Black 8GB (2x4GB) DDR4 PC4-21300C15 2666MHz Dual Channel Kit (HX426C15FBK2/8)
    • Case:Kolink Aviator M Micro-ATX Gaming Case - Black
    • Graphics Card:Unwanted
    • Solid State Drive (Primary):Unwanted
    • Storage Drive:TeamGroup 480GB L5 Lite SSD 2.5" SATA 6Gbps 3D NAND Solid State Drive
    • WIFI:Unwanted
    • Operating System:Microsoft Windows 10 Home Advanced - Systems
    • Security Software:Unwanted
    • Optical Drive:Unwanted
Total: £467.17 (includes shipping: £14.10)

This would be a better all rounder system. Has a 480gb SSD and 8gb of ram. From a CPU point of view the 2200g offers similar performance to the i3 8100, but offers much better graphics performance.

That machine isn’t great, at all.

The system that @StarShock has suggested is much, much better. If your budget must be that restrictive then the 2200G is the way to go. You can then add discreet graphics later.
