"This PC meets Windows 11 requirements" but also "This PC doesn't currently meet the requirements" What gives?

My PC seems to be confused:

Initially it told me I needed to enable TPM (PTT on my Asus board) in order to be W11 compatible so I've done that and now it seems that Microsoft isn't isn't quite sure whether or not my PC is compatible or not?

I did yes, it's showing as all up to date other than 3x optional driver updates so it's not allowing me the option to install W11.

I'll take another look but when I went to the webpage it just sent me back to the 'lets see if your pc is compatible" or whatever page and the whole PC health check thing.
