This pc spec seem ok to you?

Hi,

My friend wants a pc for watching films and playing the odd game @ 1920x1080. So I have specced him the following pc:

i3-540
Gigabyte GA-H55M-UD2H
Corsair 4gb 1333mhz
Gigabyte GTX 460 OC 1gb
Samsung F3 1tb
Corsair CX 500W psu
Coolermaster CM-690 II Lite
Gelid Tranquillo cpu cooler

He already has a sata dvd drive so no need for one. He is looking at spending ~£550 on the pc, which that comes out at £545. Worth spending the £10 extra for faster memory?

Looks fine to me and I doubt the slightly faster memory will help much - more tot he point - I doubt he'd see the difference without benching the system. :cool:

1600mhz memory might be worth it overclocking is on the cards at some point, otherwise the system looks bang on. Did a system for a mate a couple of week ago using the H55m-ud2, i3 530 and a 768mb gtx 460. Worked a treat with quite a few new games at 1920x1080. Easily playable fps

Brilliant thanks, overclocking might be an option for him. Will have to show the price difference etc and let him decide that.
