This PSU should be fine right?

Corsair VX 450W ATX PSU would that be alright for:

E2140 @ Stock(for now, would it be advisable to overclock with this PSU?)
OcUK Value IP35-S Intel P35
OcUK GeForce 8600 GT 512MB DDR2
2 IDE devices(DVDrw and 250 gb hd)

Will this PSU be adequate?

Easily fine and overclocking ought not to be any problem, just to check though, do you already have good enough Ram since I don't see it listed?

Ram is OCZ 2GB (2x1GB) PC2-6400C4 Dual Channel Platinum Revision 2 XTC Series DDR2
