Looks good, save a few quid with:

GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC6400 800MHz Ultra Low Latency DDR2 Dual Channel Kit (GX22GB6400UDC) (MY-058-GL)

if you want. Same overclockability as the HZ.

I'd also recommend the Gigabyte DS3 or DS4 as both motherboards are noted for their overclockability. Other than that it looks good and I would change to the Geil as well to save a bit of cash.

Asus P5B Deluxe i think is the best board + i will be getting a Extreme Quadro when they are out

The HZ is ok with the DS3 or DS4 but the memory further down the range isn't for some odd reason, I'd still suggest the Geil regardless as it is cheaper.
