hi, all of a sudden i am getting these 2 identical pop ups appear about every 10 minutes. i never use internet explorer, i use firefox. how can i get rid of these pop ups?

EDIT: i just checked in task manager, there was about 20 IE processes running, any ideas?

how do you uninstall IE?, its not in programs...

I haven't run a malware scan, but after a reboot IE isnt open in processes...
if this starts happening again i will run a scan.

ive ran AVG which hasn't picked anything up.

ive just run this software and it picked up about 5 trogans and 3 other infections, hopefully this will stop the problem recurring.
