This to replace my old PSU?

I currently have a very good gaming rig (in sig) and i'm getting issues that maybe related to my psu which is made by ICUTE and everyone says they use cheap capacitors, etc.

Would this PSU be a good replacement for the spec i have? I wanna be able to overclock too...

£5 cheaper, modular and Gold rated efficiency so will save much more money in the long term as it sucks less watts from the wall socket.

Nice! but Isn't the corsair psu made with higher quality parts?
Also i'm gunna get trolled for this but i'm looking for a black psu otherwise my system would look awful

Well to be fair, Corsair dont actually make their PSU'S, most sellers use OEM'S such as Seasonic and Delta or CWT to design and build them, then they just put there own stickers on them.

Seasonic are regarded as the best, Corsair/Antec,XFX and others use them in some of their ranges.
