Value is the watch word for the Recon RX8, but OcUK refuse to scrimp on components so quality is maintained. With the Recon bundles you can build an incredible value gaming PC without the worry of incompatible components. Powered by AMD's latest unlocked FX eight core CPU and paired with 8GB of rapid DDR3 RAM, the Recon RX8 is the perfect base for any gaming system.

Why You Should Buy This Bundle?

OcUK recommend a quality brand PSU for use with all our bundles such as the Corsair TX & HX range. Updating the BIOS on the overclocked bundle range will void the warranty on the overclock. If you update the BIOS we will no longer be able to provide support for configuring and maintaining the CPU overclock.

*Please allow 7 working days for your system to be built and configured. This may take longer during busier periods.

Gotta say I love my Ducky Zero with Browns! Same model but no backlighting - it oozes quality and is so incredibly stable whatever I'm doing!

I know gibbo said that there wouldn't such good deals on the Asus 7970 top and matrix after the weekend deal but come on the reduction on them is hell of a lot worse than the weather at the moment, I'm sure you could bring them down a bit more(£230-£240 for the top and £260-£270 for the matrix). Oh and the his 7950 ICQ boost only down by like £2/£3? I know it was on today only just the other day but come on.

No I'm not looking to buy any of those as I'm holding out for the 290x to see how it performs before deciding on it or the gtx780.

Are the mechanical keyboards really all they're made out to be from all the hype? I've got a Logitech g15 v2 which is 5+ years old now, any point in upgrading as it's still working fine?

I noticed the difference coming from a bog standard 'kensington' board (cheapo £5 job that lasted 8+ years), more responsive etc... As for coming from an already good board, you'll find it more stable (there is literally no flex in the body!) and great benefit from the N key rollover (if you don't have similar already)...

This is prob a really stupid question but do the deals of the week end on Sunday?
Got some cash coming in then and want to take advantage!

No they end on Saturday, they only run for wed-sat yet call this week only ;)
But seriously they run from Wednesday morning/afternoon to following Wednesday so you'll be alright as long as you get in there by Tuesday night.

Lol, still wrong on the thread and wrong in 2 places on the actual bundle :p

I've notified the relevant purchaser to amend his products, only so many hands I can hold ;)
