you need to hit Refresh... F5 i think

try Holding Control + Shift then clicking on refresh this will reload the page from scratch.

You can increase effiency by 33% if you just hold Ctrl + F5

i just find it easier to do it that way, easier than having to streatch across to the F5 button

He was referring to the fact that the shift button is superfluous

i think it did change on thursday but its the same kinda stuff on there, 7900's etc

not if your clicking the refresh button on your browser, (at least with firefox)

Ctrl + F5 clears page cache

Ctrl + Click only Refreshes page,

Crtl + Shift + Click clears cache
