this worth it

Hey there

The performance increase will be noticeable quite easily and should be able to run that resolution in most games ok, afaik. Look at some benchmarks of that card, see how it compares to others in the price range. The only real competitor to that card would be an X1800XL, so that's worth a look aswell

I would wait for the X1900 cards & see what price / performance they are then decide what to buy. Either 7800GT / X1800XL or X1900?

You could also wait for M2 if you have to change your mobo for this. Then get the card.
