Those with an android phone, what esim are you using?

I'm going back to the gym, and hoping to make use of the esim feature and leave my phone at home. EE charge £7 for the privilege of using an esim. What are you using for your android smart watch? I have an s23 ultra and a watch 5 lte. I someone also mentioned that lyca esim might work, but on their website it says smart watches not supported.
 
Just take your phone, esim not worth the hassle just for the gym. If you have other use cases then yeh maybe ok.

Paying £7 and also very limited to what you can do with a Smart Watch

My thoughts as well. Others have been able to add cheaper lycamobile esims though, but Ita not supported so not sure how they have done it!
