Been trying to get some online play on Tiger Woods under my belt on the 360, and it seems the only people online all seem to American. Thats fine as long as they are winning, but go a hole or two up and guess what.

I think Ive only officially won 2 games due to everyone quitting halfway through, anyone on here got Tiger Woods? Ive got a lot of people on here on my friends list but not noticed anyone playing it.
 
Whats the gameplay like? how do you swing? with the analogue stick or by hitting a button on a gauge?

I dont have it by the way but i know how frustrating it is when people quit on you because their losing.

Its like previous versions of Tiger Woods if youve played them, you wing using the left analogue stick, pull back then quickly forward to make your shot. Change clubs up and down depending on the distance and conditions, change the type of shot too. I absolutely love Tiger Woods games, and Im not any sort of golf fan at all.

Ive heard some people moan abotu the lack of courses, but there are easily enough for me, about 6 coruses of 18 holes, there is a career mode where you can train up first, then participate in the PGA Tour, gaining money and skill points as you go.

Player customisation as it always is, is great and just makes you laugh at some peoples creations you end up playing against online.

Id say rent it (Can you rent 360 games?) before buying if you are unsure, especially if you havent palyed any of the series before :)
 
I have it Roboffer, have noticed exactly the same problem as yourself for online play. All I ever wanted to do was play a 18 hole round, not actually bothered about winning!

Thesnipergecko - Gameplay is ok, really loved Tiger Woods for the first week or two but after turning pro and compleating a few tournys it all gets a little the same. Swing the club usien gthe analogue stick (how much better are the xbox 360 pads compaired to the PS2! layout alone) It's an alright game, best fun with a few mates over I would think and a drinking game or two.

I've got it, feel free to add me to your friends list. I've only played a couple of games online and luckily they've been against great guys.
 
won't be on tonight well I don't think so, but feel free to add me roboffer. Gamertag same as my username here and same as my hotmail account and msn. Having a stupid username makes some things easy ;)

I've yet to actually find anyone online at all on this game. Can you play 3 up ie two peeps on one box and then another on live?

No idea mate, I would hav thought so as it isnt exactly intensive stuff!
