hi guys, thought i'd pop in now that i have started the build of a new PC and there is so much info on here, so hopefully i'll be getting something decent
I stay down in south scotland (need to update profile it lets you put in a location) and i'm known by my mates as wingnuttzz (you should be able to guess why, if not i'll leave you guessing), the names Grant though
Finally decided is was time to upgrade from my old ancient system:-
Tiny something or other
1.5ghz Pentium 4
MSI Motherboard (dunno what model though)
1gb RAM
ATI 9250 256mb AGP
Creative SoundBlaster 5 Live
80gb HDD
and
HP Pavilon 412.uk
1.3ghz AMD Duron
Some random motherboard (in other words i have no idea)
640mb RAM
ATI 9250 256mb AGP
Creative SoundBlaster 5 Live
80gb HDD
Got a couple of posts (well, i will have in a min) askin a few questions about the system i'm looking at:-
Intel - Nvidia - on a budget, lol
Grant (A.K.A Wingnuttz)
