I just took delivery of this case this morning, so I thought I'd my opinions on this item after having a good look at it. Firstly, I had the impression that the front facia panel was aluminium, its not, its plastic but I'm not surprised considering the cost and at least looks ok. One thing I'm not happy about is the on/off button, really clunky, heavy and a bit pants but can be repalced I'd have thought.
Internally, about the same as any other budget case, sufficient space for at least three hard drives which have soft rubber grommet screw mountings for silencing the drive/s.
the top panel comes off easily and the side panels then lift off, very simlar to the old coolermaster centurian in design. The only sharp edges I can find are around the psu mounting area, all other areas have rounded edges. The rear mounted 120mm fan has a speed control which is a nice touch if you're after a quiet case which plugs into the psu via a four pin molex connector.
The best comparison I can think of is with the earlier "jeantech phong", very similar in layout, but you only get one 120mm fan instead of the phong's two (which are also speed controlled.
This case is also relatively light down to the thickness of the steel used and once the panels are removed, there is a bit flexing of the chassis, but stil, not too severe (I have seen a lot worse)
The advantage with this case though, is you get a reasonably powerful (380w) antec psu included in the price, but theres only the basic set of cables and the 24 pin power cable is a tad on the short side, so for those with an badly positioned atx mobo socket and large heatsink (T/R XP120) its gonna be a abit tight in there routing the and connecting the cable.
Would I recommend this case? I thinks so, considering the design is reasonable, its very quiet, and you get a name brand psu of nearly 400w output. But that on/off button does need replacing I reckon).
If anyong would like any further info, I 'll do me best to answer any questions.
