I have £300 to put together a budget 1080p gaming rig,

I already have the following spare items on a shelf gathering dust so stuff I already have are as follows:

Antec Kuhler 120mm watercooler
OCZ ZS 550 Watt PSU
Corsair 120gb SSD
3TB Seagate Drive

The parts I have picked are as follows:

Can I do better or is this OK?

Utterly pointless buying a 'K' series CPU without buying a Z series motherboard to overclock with. The H97 boards don't allow overclocking
