Thoughts on memory for new build?

Proposed new build as below.

Mobo - EVGA Intel X58 (Socket 1366) PCI-Express DDR3
CPU - Intel Core i7 920 2.66Ghz (Nehalem) (Socket LGA1366)
Ram - OCZ 3GB DDR3 PC3-12800 Intel® i7 Triple Channel (3x1GB)
Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 4870 X2 2048MB GDDR5 TV-Out/Dual DVI/HDMI (PCI-Express)

CPU - Coolermaster V8 CPU Cooler (Socket 940/AM2/LGA775/LGA1366)
GPU - Arctic Cooling Accelero Twin Turbo

What's folks thoughts on the memory? Would I be better with higher spec 16000 series and for gaming would I benefit from 6GB (3x2GB) set?

A 920 will overclock to 4Ghz on PC3-10666 so go with the OCZ Andy listed.

Feel free to shop around.....you'll be wasting your time though

Go for the 6GB. You won't regret it. I 've got the OCZ i7 with the XMP.
