Unless playing reflex shooters competitively you better forget medieval 1920x1080 and go for 144Hz 2560x1440.
Those don't cost any more.

That improves gaming immersion and also normal use, when for exmaple in web browsing you cna fit more stuff into screen decreasing amount of scrolling.
Lenovo is with same panel as LG, which has one of the best response times.
But contrast is just worser than usual for IPS.
Gigabyte's AU Optronics made panel has good contrast for IPS.
