thoughts on portable USB c monitors

I'm finding myself in a hotel more and more for work and considering a USB C monitor, they seem cheap and effective on paper, anyone have any advice? i mainly play eve online so do not need first person shooter stuff but would like something equivalent to a decent 1080p monitor in 15" ish
