After playing around with consoles for the past year, I now fancy getting myself a new rig. After looking around, I would like a shuttle. I want one for its portability and for some future LANs (namely the iLan series.)
Since I have no experience with this style of rig, what are the thoughts of this? I was looking at getting a q6600 with 2gb of ram and an 8800gts to go with it. Would this work well together or not? The only concern I have with this type of rig is cooling. My mate used to have an ideq and had to have the sides off it at all times to stop it from overheating.
