Thoughts on this ad

No one is going to copy and paste all those links into their toolbar.
There are far too many anyway. Why not just link to the album

Apart from that, I think there is way too much info for a £600 car.
I'd cut it down to lists rather than "I've fitted..." and the essay.

You don't need to mention what happens due to a non-functioning rear spray, for example.

I had issues linking to the album - it won't let me make an album public unless I make all my albums public

I could probably set up another photobucket account though, unless anyone has any tips on how to make just the one album public?

Do you really need all those images though on a car that is selling for £600?

Do you really need to give your life story free with every £600 car also.

If I were in the market for a £600 car I'd just want the basics, I don't want a 2hr read about the backstory or the car's personality.

I dunno, I like detail in car adds, lots of it ...even if it is £600 ...but then I suppose you have to ask yourself, who is going to buy a £600 Pugeot and will they want so much to read? ...I do, but I'm buying your car and I'm not likely to buy one like it either.

However, you really do want to put all those photos into a gallery. Otherwise, looks good.

OK, updated with single album. I've tried to cut down on the blurb without losing the specifics. New link: http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/1497081.htm
I thought detail's unlikely to be a bad thing, I'd be reassured by plenty of detail if I were looking at buying a car - certainly I'd be more inclined to get in contact with the person who'd put together an ad that covered most bases, implying that the car might actually be in good condition - than the one with three lines telling me about mileage, mot, tax, and contact details. But perhaps with some of the descriptors (the washer fluid one, for example) I was aiming it at Joe Bloggs who wants a car for his son whereas Pistonheads is a bit less of a layperson's marketplace?

Cheers for all your input.

For a car that cheap, you need to state price, if you have it mot'd, taxed, last time it was serviced (at which mileage) and thats it.

I'm attempting to show MPG, but although it's appeared in the description on the Edit page, it hasn't on the actual advert. Any thoughts? (Unless it's my cache refusing to clear; it's meant to appear just below the "Two key fobs" bit)

Edit: it's not the cache, my phone fails to display it too. I'd rather not delete and relist the damn thing!
