Thoughts on Tokina 12-24mm f/4 PRO ??

I have been reading some reviews on this lens and almost almost every end user has been blown away by it...and I've just found a place selling it new for 290 quid new!!!

anyone every used this?

I havent used it myself, but like you I found the reviews very positive. For me its the best of the the 'budget' ultra-wide angles. The only one that beats it is the Nikon 12-24, which is a lot more money.
