Thoughts please. Should I paint the Calipers on my Z4 ?

Should I paint my callipers : Yes or No ?

Since I picked up my 13k Miles Z4, one thing that has bothered me is the nasty tarnished callipers that they insist on putting on these cars.
They look like a motorbike engine casing exposed to the salt and weather with white spots and marks all over them.

Id say yes if you had some big calipers on the rear but the smaller just makes it look a bit gimmicky.

As above, black or silver. Or maybe the grey of the car? Get Photoshopping

Unless the calipers are something "special" (your Brembos and the like), then no. You don't want to be drawing attention to "standard" calipers.

Paint them black or silver and be done with it.

Red brake calipers really don't work on BMWs for reasons I cannot explain.

I though they would look good, but nope, looks like I am in the minority.

No. Calipers painted in a non-OEM colour never look good.

Yellow/gold or blue is the colour I think most upgrades use on Z4s but I don't think I could do it.
