When I removed my Civic's front bumper it was 2 (maybe 4) screws and a big ole yank until it 'unclipped'. Guess it's a similar routine for wings.

Wings are normally bolted and potentially welded. Dependent on the car it can be as simple.as open bonnet, remove arch trims and unbolted through to contort a contraption of uj's on a ratchet to a point you think might be the first bolt x 4 then grind off some.welding

I just got my rusty arches done in a body shop, one side was just surface rust the other side needed a fresh arch section welded in, also got a rear scratch on boot polished out.

total cost £250 and no fitting issues
