Had you phrased your thread a bit better it might have been left open - as it was it was a rather open ended question. Do you want to find out if they are employing? If so go to the main website where there is a careers link. If you want to find out if they browse the forums during work time - not really no. If you want to know if the mod team are part of the shop? Bar a couple no.

Next time be more specific ;)
 
...and if you've a question about a mod decision rather than posting a thread about it mail the mod in question, or any other thats online at the time.
