Tbh i think that m3 looked in a right state. Even though you did lay into the poor fella, but like you said its the internet he should have never posted the thread if he didn't want people to share their opinions.
TBL, you have confirmed more than once that you want your account blown and it will be actioned. Why your gripe couldn't have been via e-mail I do not know.
Threads like this usually spill over and people end up getting suspended or more and that isn't something I am standing on the sidelines to let happen for something that could have been resolved easily and with no fuss.
I feel this requires a reply, although the thread is closed.
Most of the OCUK forums moderating team (myself included) are not employees of the store, nor do we have access to any of the store systems, or customer data.
This has I believe been stated on many occasions, but is worth repeating here.
I believe most of the moderating team can't even see the "Customer service" section apart from under the same conditions that the normal users can.
Indeed. I cannot see anything in there. Any threads in that forum are between the customer and the OcUK staff. I think admins are the only exception to that.
