thread replies email notifications not working -somebody reply please :S

actually the more I think about it, I did reply to the OcUK weekly newsletter with "unsubscribe" back in july, and don't recall receiving any emails from OcUK since. could this be linked?

Heofz tried changing his email address, and never received the confirmation email... so he is locked out of OcUK until an Admin manually activates it for him :p

He has disabled ALL spam filters (everything in cPanel that could be causing the problem), but still the emails do not seem to be coming through. Obviously he is still receiving other emails, just not the OcUK ones :(

It's a problem with OcUK with email, this also happens to me. I had no spam assassin filters setup in cpanel but still their emails do not get to me.

I had support check out my hosting and they returned no problems, also I've tried updating my trust email but it doens't change until an email is sent out to the new one. Of course, I don't get that either...

Woohoo I am back :D

Many thanks to the admins for fixing it and to Danger Phoenix for providing me with a forwarding email address :)

No idea why emails sent to my domains aren't working (spam filters are turned off) but no matter. The workaround seems to be working nicely.
