thread titles ... i can now edit them ???

is this something that comes with a certain ammount of time / posts ? or have the rules changed as only a few weeks ago i couldnt edit my titles if i made an error in them

Edit: As far as I'm aware you can't, editing the title, actually only changes the post title, rather than the whol thread title.
