Three activation?

Signed up for a three contract yesterday, does anybody know how long it takes for them to activate it as I've read one thing that says 24 hours and one that says 72 hours and the women in the shop said it's usually done within the first 30 mins. I wouldn't usually be bothered but i actually need it as quick as possible at the moment.

If it was bought from a 3 shop - should be done within 1 hour normally. If its from carphonewarehouse or phones4u then it could be upto 24 hours as they send all their sales over in batches. Once 3 have your sales information it will be within an hour.

Was from a three shop and it still hasn't been done should I go back tomorrow or wait until the 72 hours is up?

If its still not done by the morning then drop me a mail (in trust) with the phone number and the ICCID (its the long number on the back of the sim card) and I'll find out what's going on.
