Three Computer Problems

Right guys, I have had my new build for 2 weeks now, however I am having a few issues. Any that you could suggest a solution to I’d be most appreciative.

1) My computer has started randomly turning itself on during the day/night. I have checked the BIOS and cannot find anything in there telling it to wake.

2) Sometimes when booting the computer does not send a signal to the monitor. The computer is running, but the monitor is stuck on stand-by…

3) The other main problem is that the RAM (GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC6400 800MHz Ultra Low Latency DDR2 Dual Channel Kit) is running at PC2-5300 Single Channel, should this not be different, like dual channel for one?

Again, any assistance on these matters would be excellent.

My spec is:
E6600, P5W DH Deluxe, GeIL 2GB PC6400, GeForce 7950GX2, Seasonic 600w, Seagate Barracuda 320GB HDD.

Thanks, yet again

Yeah, I do mean 6400, but it currently runs at 5300 oddly enough. But I will have a look at changing the RAM speed int the BIOS, as I have already corrected the timings.

I am using LCD (Samsung 19" 940BF) connected via DVI from the GeForce 7950GX2.

Still cannot find anything like Wake on Lan. Computer is connected to a network... but there is nothing in the BIOS that I can find. So the computer is still turning itself on...
