Yes so im on the one plan galaxy note in st agnes where i spend a fair amount of time, anyone else get very intermitent coverage, sometimes fine sometimes nothing? Signal is about -93 at the moment, anything i can do?

On my S2 i used to flash different modems for better signal, get yourself on xda forums and have a read into it matey

Try finding your nearest mobile base station here. Height, frequency and transmitter power are also very important.

I know Three have an agreement with T-Mobile to share 3G masts. And Orange if there's only a 2G signal available. Haven't a clue what that means now with Everything Everywhere :D

Yeh cheers for replies, its flying tonight no problems, come tommorow could be dead again thats what i dont get plus reception is -105db but seems fast? ???

AKA project Aurora. T-Mo still have a site share agreement and some transit agreements but it's not big (some HSPA masts iirc). 3's 2G roaming agreement with Orange is on a very specific set of sites and may have been reduced since i was there further, it's more countryside backup than metropolis throughput.

MBNL is a company made to provide next gen networks to 3/Ora/T-Mo on their behalf through one service (which will probably be through Nokia Siemens Networks) going forward, both T-Mo and Ora sold their networks to MBNL for £1 i think.

Still going good maybe three fixed something only half a meg sometimes but thats fine im not tethering till im back in yorkshire
