Three In Touch App

I've recently moved to Three, and one of the reasons was this app as I work offshore, so WiFi calling would be great... But it doesn't work.

Are there any fiddly settings I may be unaware of? I'm connected to WiFi, but calling and texting via the App doesn't seem to work.

Three inTouch doesn't work while you're abroad

don't know if a vpn would be enough to fool it

Ah, that explains it. Our server routes through USA.

It doesn't work for me as our server routes via USA. I didn't try a VPN as I discovered Skype for business has the facility for calling mobiles over internet, and I have a license from the company I work for.

When I last used it, it had to be set up whilst connected to the cellular network.
