Three network any good

I am considering moving to three from O2 and just wondering what they are like for service and network quality?

I am thinking of the iphone 4s through quidco and 'The one' plan. Currently on O2 Simplicity 800 mins, 1600 texts and unlimited data for £20.42 a month but my Nokia 5800 is passed it now and I need a new phone..

I am buying a iphone 4s outright and going sim only. The 30 day rolling contract sim only 'The One' plan has £52 cash back at quidco..

I have held off from moving to three at the mo. Everyone keeps telling me they are great for data but no good for calls.
