Three Network

ST5 postcode, and three website mentions some upgrade work being done - completion date 2nd feb. I hope this isn't affecting my signal until then.

Mine's been a bit flaky today at work. DH5 postcode. Also mentions the planned work for this area for me too.

In a completely different area, W1D, both my supervisor and boss both on 3 were suffering issues where they couldn't call/text/data for the last few of days even with signal, but the 3 website said it was fine. There was maintenance work on the 24th which the 3 customer support was blaming it on, but they noticed the issue starting on the 23rd. They were then advised the 3 inTouch app but... you have to have a working signal for it to activate :p.

It's only yesterday late evening everything seemed back to normal.

Similar issues cropping up here though: http://downdetector.co.uk/problems/3

Phone them up and complain, I did when they were doing work near me and the signal was terrible and no mobile date for days, they game me 2 months for free off my bill.

With regards to Three, I don’t think I’ve ever had a network problem with them, used my data without issue on the first too. But if you ever try to leave and ask for your PAC... prepare for their attempts at sales pitch after sales pitch.

Oh good, not just me. Last two mornings when I leave home and my WiFi network, data doesn't respond and I have to restart. Plus it's more patchy throughout the day, in SW London.

Their consistency has been pretty bad for me with my Note 4, signal was crap in; buildings, bad weather, big train stations, large crowds, large parts of SW London. I basically needed a sunny day surrounded by no one, buildings etc :p

Cancelled with them twice without issue just make it clear you won't be staying with them to begin with and they don't bother.

They've been awful today, cloudy weather probably one reason. It feels like more and more of London has dead zones.
