Three operating systems showing?

I have been running dual boot with xp and vista but I upgraded the hard drive for vista but now I have three OS showing.

One XP and two Vista, how do I get rid of one? Checked msconfig but couldnt see a way of doing it there.

Thanks guys, that was very simple with that program. Just have to reboot to see if it worked.
