Three pin fan to USB convertor cable?

Hello everyone, is it possible to get a three pin fan to USB converter cable (which would plug into normal USB receptacle socket?

Well, you're are not going to like this, but I was looking into passive NUC type cases, the Akasa ones get good reviews. No real downsides except the m2/sata drives can run hot. So, maybe I could rig an external fan.

Completely unprofessional, but on-one will see it behind the TV
