Have they removed the Cap?, no mention of it now on their offers, just you can use your data for tethering.

Plus they have a BF deal of unlimited min/txt/data, @ £20 a month :)

Cheers, bought the unlimited plan for £20, no one else comes close to the deal. Looks just like the old one plan.

:) midday speed, well pleased

Fair play usage is 1000Gb tethering per month on the unlimited sim I think

Don't forget quidco on this deal, can get £70 cashback Makes it an absolute bargain!

I already have a sim only deal, do you think they will adjust?

Edit: Just called up and they switched me straight away no problems, usually they put up a fight for that. Bloody bargain!!

What did you pay?

If you tell them to reduce the mins to 600 they will knock they price further

The info I have (Ofcom ruling forced three's hand ) Sim can be used in any device /dongle/tablet etc, not just the mobile.
No more tethering cap(up to you contract limit), Roaming data from the 28th December goes up from 15Gb to 19Gb.

Have used my sim in the campers MiFi dongle for a day no problems of issues.
All I was looking for was unlimited data for when were away for months in the Camper.

Edit to add this link that has all the info (ISP rev)

It has to be a tablet sim i think, last time I tried my phone SIM in my iPad it said not available.

I think that they had to stop restricting what sims can be used for at the same time they got rid of the tethering cap. they got fined by Ofcom for both of these.

edit. I should really finish reading threads before commenting.

I didn't realise that 4G mobile has made fast paced online gaming a realistic proposition, this deal sounds better than getting a landline and broadband contract at home!

Moved on to this deal myself from my old £18 plan.

Three are making way for 5G, moving all the legacy people who are still on 3G with this plan is a good.

Let's see what restrictions they start enforcing when 5G becomes mainstream.

Still pretty varied - at home I get a pretty solid ping on 4G - around 30ms and it is pretty much like gaming on ADSL w/ interleaving but I don't have to go far and it jumps to 70ms with a little less stability and in some places there are frequent spikes into the 100s of ms or even worse conditions.
