Has installed above program, what am i looking for.
How do i tell if cpu being throttled by using this program,I have 2 small straight graphs

You should have a red and green bar - the red bar will rise depending on how much the cpu is throttling if at all.

What CPU are you using.

Well i have a green and what looks like Orange bars.
They both tend to be moving up and down, although the green is the more dominant.
So if the orange one moves does that mean it is throttling my cpu.
Or does this do the same for others too.

well I've checked and it does appear that throttle watch can not monitor the throttling of C2D cpu's , you can confirm this by loading up throttle watch and clicking on the *view* menu, you will see that the *throttling graph* is greyd out as it's not supported, the green and orange bars you are refering to are the 1st and 2nd core usage, download 'RightMark CPU Clock Utility 2.2', from the link I provided above, once installed click on Monitoring (CPU 0)your see a set of pink bars, thats your throttle gage, if that dips down then it means your cpu is throttling. :)
