throttling

hi, i've tried to read up on throttling, and to my understanding....when the cpu is at load is throttling when there is a signicant difference between the throttling line and cpu usage line on the graph??

oh....so its like an auto pilot which is looking to combat temperature,....sure that is the CE1 control thing availabe in the bios?

my cpu isnt throtlling i was just asking about the basic concept and what it was as i was confused....out of curiosity thou...i have a gigabyte pro cooler..check on OCUK its the only gigabyte cooler sold...surley it is better than the artic freezer?? im basing that on price and fan size...tell if im wrong

oh rite so the artic freezer is good value then, because its nearly half price
