Thrustmaster HOTAS Slipping..

Recieved my HOTAS joystick, It's on my wooden desk but it's slipping. It has tiny rubber/sort of rubber feet, but there is no grip at all. What can I do? It's unusable atm I didn't think it would slip like this.
