Thumper has been getting a lot of attention...

Looks pretty cool, if somewhat a little different (compared to what I normally play).

Some are commentating saying it's one of the best gaming experiences there is out there just at the moment.

It's one of those rhythm games. Press a key in time with those white bars on the track.

Think guitar hero but with a racing beetle.

I get the impression it's a dumbed down but prettier Audiosurf.

I had forgotten it's name so went with guitar hero with beetle

it's very good!! quite hypnotic and gets you 'in the zone' so to speak.

Brian Gibson of Lightning Bolt did the soundtrack, tempted by that but not sure it would hold my attention long term.
