Thunderbird 12 - Contacts Add-on

Hi guys,

I'm trying to find an add-on for thunderbird that show's contacts in a side-pane? There's this: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/contacts-sidebar/?src=cb-dl-featured but its 5 years old and isn't compatible with the latest edition...

I need to get thunderbird looking as similar as outlook express as I can

Gave up trying to get Thunderbird to look nice. Currently using postbox which is actually based around thunderbird but looks and feels so much nicer. It's not free but there's a demo. Try it.

Yeah, it is a bit ugly isn't it... I'm sure there must be a theme or style I can use for it? I need thunderbird to act a substitute for an elderly relative that's just made the transition to windows 7 - they've been using outlook express on xp for years
