Thunderbird 12 - text options?

Hi guys,

Is there an add-on for Thunderbird enabling text/editing options to be visible in message windows/tabs? Specifically, I just want something that will allow me to change the font/font size

Those options are already available when creating the email, yours might look different to mine due to the theme I use.
