No probs Kid. What kind of corporate environment are you wanting to use Thunderbird in? Just interested since my Mum's school uses Outlook 2000 I think. I wish they'd just give Thunderbird a try.
We are a Car Hire company, using Windows 2000 and Active Directory.
The reason I am looking for the new email client is because I wish to rid myself of MS Office and it's stupid license fee's.
We are slowly changing over to Open Office which is a fantastic program, however it doesnt have a mail client so am looking for an Outlook Alternative.
Sounds like a good idea. I use OpenOffice now because a lecturer uses Linux only and so we have to hand our coursework in in a format he can open with Linux so I was advised to get OpenOffice. Hearing about the PDF conversion facility clinched it for me. Good luck with the migration and hope it goes well.
