Thunderbird migration

Are there any tools to help you move the setting and email in Thunderbird from an old computer to a new one? I can do it manually but wondered if there anything like the microsoft files and setting transfers wizard that works with Thunderbird.

cool little program called mozbackup u backup your old one and then on the new computer you can restore it using the same program

If you just copy the whole profile over, it's easy enough to do?
