Thunderbird Profile Help

So, Thunderbird has decided to clear down all my folders and accounts.

However, inside the profile there still seems to be all the mail folders.

Is it possible to restore the accounts / inboxs or will I have to go about recreating each one?

Thunderbird is still using the same profile as before, just not seeing the accounts.

Using Pop3 unfortunately

It's what I assumed .

Just reset them up using IMAP this time.
