OK I use Thunderbird at home and decided to start using it in work due to it just being miles better than outlook ******* express!

One thing that has been annoying me and I'm convinced I keep missing the option for it is.. How do I stop it quoting emails when I reply? or at least quote it but let me reply at the TOP instead of the bottom. Reason I need to do this (and I know I can just start writing at the top) is that some of the people I email are so stupid they think all I've done is quote them and not actually said anything <facepalms>

Users! can't live with them, can't use violence either :-(

You need to read the rules about swearing.

Go to Account Settings, then choose Composition and Addressing under the right account, reply composition options are in there.
